By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms.

★ General ★
✩ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
✩ You are NOT permitted to use my art for NFT or AI-generated purposes.
✩ Violating the TOS will get you blocked and/or blacklisted.
✩ Being rude will get you blocked and/or blacklisted.
✩ TOS is subject to change.
✩ When commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
★ Client ★
✩ Do NOT claim my work as your own or upload it to your own galleries/portfolios.
✩ Do NOT trace over the artwork or use it as a base.
✩ No commercial use allowed, these commissions are for personal use only.
✩ I am NOT responsible if in the future, you lose track of the final deliverable.
✩ I try to keep files as long as I can, but it’s best to keep them saved yourself.
★ Payment ★
✩ Payment is done 100% up front. I will not start until the payment is received.
✩ Payment is in USD and done through either Ko-fi or PayPal invoices.
✩ I do NOT accept crypto for payment.
★ Refunds★
✩ Commissions can be cancelled before I start for a full refund.
✩ Once work starts, I can refund 50%.
✩ If I cancel a commission, I will refund 100%.
✩ I will not refund you for finished work.
★ Process★
✩ If there is a deadline for your commission, let me know before payment. If I can’t do it, I will not take the commission.
✩ I will notify you if there are any delays or if the commission is put on hold for any reason.
★ Revisions★
✩ I will send sketches and/or thumbnails before starting the commission. Once agreed upon, the pose & other major details cannot be changed.
✩ Anything can be changed in the earlier stages. Once coloring is started, any changes will cost a fee.
✩ If a mistake was not corrected before the piece is completed, I will NOT correct it.
